I’m shamelessly stealing the Mass Effect Month article series created by the always awesome Athena over on AmbiGaming in 2017 (which was the Mass Effect 10th anniversary) and turning it into one of those 30 day challenge thingys! Definitely check out Athena Veta’s great content on AmbiGaming and consider supporting her Video Game Relevancy Crusade (TM) on Patreon, if ya got a few bucks to spare.
Please Note: Enjoy… but be warned that there will be unmarked SPOILERS for all of the Mass Effect games. Read at your own risk!

This is the re-posting of the Kid Icarus Uprising review I wrote on my old website. This article was originally posted on September 19, 2015. Enjoy past me’s mostly unedited ramblings! My Amiibo addiction has apparently been a problem for many years now…
Prior to this game I had no experience with the Kid Icarus series. Mostly due to my crippling Amiibo addiction, I wanted to see what game the Pit, Palutena, and Dark Pit Amiibo came from. This led me to check stock at my local EB Games. The search revealed that they had a mint condition used copy that I snapped up in March. Hey! Listen. You know that popular Christmas song called the 12 Days of Christmas? Athena over at AmbiGaming came up with a cool holiday themed community collaboration idea to gamify that kinda-as-annoying-as-Navi song (that we all love or hate). Basically, it’s a countdown list each day that ends up with 364 items, times however many bloggers do this, at the end of the event (something like that… my maths is bad). Be warned that my singing voice is terrible, but here we go, eh!
🎶 On the 5th day of Blogmas, the gamers said to me: Eight characters you love! 🎶
